Haven't had the pleasure of this company working on any heat Pump I own or otherwise. But looking at location on maps it shows you in the woods down logging rd. Unless your location is in the old karly bugs building. Even still though. Why try to hide your actual location. This along with you using your company name. But not your name. Tells me you one Dem three men with a truck companies. Retain at your own expense type shit.

My air unit froze up. Took them a week to come out. The man saw that there were 2 internal air filters that needed changed and he assumed that was the problem. He never looked further. He was gone in 5 minutes. It froze up again. I called and got no answer. Left voice mail. Finally got a call back a whole week later. She said she'd been in and out of the office. Just terrible customer service. Never again!
Will not answer my calls what so ever.!I believe they are trying to let my warranty expire so,they just don't answer my calls.but,very shotty work..
They installed our unit little over a year ago and our system has been leaking since they been out twice this time they finally put over a pound of freon and decided to charge for patching the problem 125$ just to put freon that they let leak out
