The higher ups at UHS do not care about staff or patient safety, that is a fact. They sweep the continuing attacks of patients against nursing staff under the rug. They have no safety measures in place and do NOT provide aftercare for the massive number of staff that are brutalized by patients. They also withhold employee paychecks and refuse to acknowledge employees even worked for them as nurses (5+ year employee here).
