Started coming to Universal Wellness and Healing about a month ago to get myself ready for North Americans bodybuilding show at the end of August. It has definitely helped me improve my circulation, recovery, and improved sleep. All things necessary to bring the best version of myself to this bodybuilding competition! I broke a rib.and Was in a lot of pain. I ran into Jorge from UHW while waiting for a referral from my GCP for X-RAYS. I injured my shoulder six months ago and had been dealing with the pain. I got red light therapy done here with the laser and the bed , and two days later my shoulder pain is gone.
