I hurt my lower back in June....I had it back under control until I sat in a car for an 8 hour drive :(. Lisa gave me an amazing massage which helped it tremendously and also some amazing stretches!

Lisa is amazing! I've been seeing her for massage treatments for over 9yrs. Not only does she take care of you body, she also cares for your whole being. She is very friendly, caring, loving, and very attentive to your needs, and great listener. I've always come away, relaxed, less pain, and much more calmer then when I walked in.
