I’ve been going to Jihad for 3 years now and he never disappoints! Location is pretty decent too
They said they close at 10 I went there at 8 and they were closed bad business
I actually go to Modern Cuts which is being renovated, so the owner rents a space here. She was running a little behind this time, but like a champ, she squeezed me in while her other client's color was processing. She was quick and professional.
