It’s a good gym with a female only section upstairs. Downstairs main gym can get busy during peak times but still manage to get in your workout. Car park can get busy but you can park on the slip road not an issue. Staff there don’t greet you and sit on their phones looking down which is not at all professional….. really really disappointing for such a good gym in the areA.
Solid gym with great equipment, but the location is crap. One staff member is straight-up rude - won’t look at you, won’t say a word, zero basic manners. Makes the whole place feel unwelcoming. Also, the gym’s starting to look run-down. Would be way better if they actually bothered to maintain it.
