Universal Gas have once again offered exceedingly good service. We had an urgent problem with a radiator valve in our holiday property and Scott came the very same day, went to get a replacement valve and fitted it all before our clients arrived. Wonderful.

Universal Gas have been our gas service engineers for many years now. However Carl, who has been to our property over the past couple of years to service boilers and do the gas safety certificate is absolutely amazing. He is so helpful and comes up with great suggestions for money saving ideas etc. A credit to the company.

I don’t know what it is about Universal Gas but on the two occasions I’ve phoned to see if they will come out and fix my boiler they’ve took the details down and said they will phone me back on both occasions. Two weeks later, I’m still without central heating and I haven’t received a phone call. If the job is too big or too small, they need only have said and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Disappointing to say the least.
