I don’t know what it is about Universal Gas but on the two occasions I’ve phoned to see if they will come out and fix my boiler they’ve took the details down and said they will phone me back on both occasions. Two weeks later, I’m still without central heating and I haven’t received a phone call. If the job is too big or too small, they need only have said and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Disappointing to say the least.
Used for a service and a boiler repair. Good service prompt and reasonably priced
IMO NEVER use Universal Gas. They failed to complete the job despite numerous visits, they charged for NOT fixing the problem, they were terribly UNPROFESSIONAL over the phone when pursuing money for an incomplete job. Look elsewhere.
