They are gonna take forever even if you are on time for appointment. They took 4 hours to load dryvan then 1 hour just to handover paperwork.
If you can avoid loading here, I would. You will wait forever, plus the mentality here is ridiculous
disgusting attitude towards drivers, they drag out the time very much. also this is the dirtiest place in the world, I came in absolutely clean clothes
Incredibly strict about appointment times only to pull you in late then spend several hours loading/unloading you. Not a one time occurrence. Forklift drivers are very slow and have no clue what they're doing. Also incredibly dusty when dry, blowing around and getting into everything.
I have to agree with someone else. I am here no one in line no one getting unloaded and I sit because an appointment wasn't set online. The web site is no help for getting this done either. Good luck.
