May 2024 Left my nice shiny F150 with Universal for some warranty work. When I came to pick it up I was informed it had been vandalized while parked on their lot. I received no offers to repair it. Only told I would have to make a claim on my insurance if I wanted it fixed. Well, nearly a thousand dollars later out of my pocket, my F150 is nice and shiny again. No thanks to the service department at Universal. They totally ignored me. Not happy. JK
