I never leave reviews, the gym is great. But a long time ago a pair of trainers went missing, fine left it. Recently I left a watch in the shower. I rang an a gentleman confirmed he found it and put it in the drawer. I then was off work for an extensive amount of time due an incident. If you are looking for good gym with moderate crowd , do give this place a try! The gym really nice all the equipment’s are well maintained and proper sanitised. It’s never too crowded to my surprise so you won’t feel overwhelmed. The steam room and sauna is a game changer and they do even have a proper body massage are with machines ( not too sure what we call it) the staff is so nice as well. Lately it has been a disappointing experience with Universal Fitness Parramatta. A number of the gym’s equipment have been out of order, and despite emailing the management to fix it, there has been little to no action to get the equipment repaired. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Emails are not acknowledged or responded to, which is extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both equipment maintenance and communication with members.
Excellent gym equipment and outstanding customer service. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish.
