Very disappointed with Universal Fitness’ lack of flexibility. I recently moved to another suburb, and find out that my membership is locked to Parramatta and Pemulwuy locations with no option to relocate as they dont have any other location in sydney. Despite raising the issue, I was told I could either pay 50% of the remaining contract, finish the full 12-month term, or transfer it to someone else none of which are realistic or fair for someone who has moved well out of the gym’s catchment area. People are friendly, amazing community vibe, great facility and staff. Top notch equipment and motivating atmosphere, the team is very helpful and create a positive training environment. You have to truly see to believe.

Clean, pristine, and fresh. Finally a gym that doesn't smell like a ZOO.
Witnessed staff asking a member to politely put his shirt back on while training. I respect that, nothing worse than a bunch of guys training shirtless and taking photos of themselves tensing in front of the mirror sweating all over machines. The staff definitely make the space female friendly.
