I don’t like the gym. Tried it before. I can sort my own fitness regime. Use home fitness routine and increase my exercise alone. Well, tried all that , works for a while then resolve dimishes. It was hard for me to actual walk into Universal fitness gym but so glad I did! I was welcomed by amazing friendly staff who are very supportive . Ive had a great experience at universal fitness. My first time joining a gym and I feel very welcomed and comfortable. The PTs are great and give a push and are always on hand with advice and are very dedicated. I do have the odd issue with booking sessions depending on what my shifts are but I havnt missed 1 yet. Overall a great place to come for a PT session with lovely people. The location is also great for me. The cost can seem a little expensive but alot cheaper than a 1 on 1 PT at other places. I have struggled with keeping up my fitness before: I get bored, allow things to get in the way, think ah well that's it have reached that certain age. But since starting, I am slowly starting to see the changes. My energy is getting better, others are starting to notice the difference, am thinking twice about what I'm eating.
