Maurice is fantastic!! His business is in a great location and super easy to get to. He is friendly, confident, easy to talk to and very through. He does a lot of personal investigation to find out what your true fitness goals are instead of just giving you a generic fitness plan I would absolutely contact him if you are interested in anything fitness related.
Absolutely THE BEST trainer around! Maurice has the ability to assess his clients ability and goals and create a program that not only helps them meet their goals, but to EXCEED them!! His workouts are fun, and yes, a challenge!! A positive and encouraging environment invites everyone to be their personal best. If you are serious about pushing yourself to be stronger tomorrow then you are today, give “Mo” a call and you can KNOW that you are in excellent hands.
Maurice and I go way back. From the same neighborhood and graduated from the same high school. Maurice would agree that Im a good person and was quite dedicated to my program.
