I am writing to formally file a complaint against Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company regarding unethical business practices I have personally experienced while working as a bail bond agent appointed through this company. This company sent bounty hunters to pick up a friend of mine which was fine but in the process they stole my wallet and totally denied it I know where my wallet was and they took it
They came to Florida and took my girlfriend in the meantime, mistreated her teased her talk to her talk bad to her, calling her names being real rough uncalled for very unprofessional. In the meantime, stole my wallet from my room with my money in it I looked forever can’t find it. I filed a police report very unprofessional. I will be seeking legal counsel.
