I was referred the from my bank because I needed a notary for a simple sports release . I was turned away because it wasn't bank business and i am not a member. I certainly won't be ever! Very rude! First Priority credit union was happy to help and I'm not a member there either.
I have been a customer for many years. They started charging a dormancy fee, without warning. I talked with them to no avail. Went in to withdraw my money. No apologies, no concern, just wrote me a check after taking out ANOTHER fee. With customer service like this, I’ll gladly go elsewhere.
