Universal Family Health have 2 excellent NP however the front desk personal could use a major upgrade. The front desk personal is rude, unapologetic for their mistakes, mean and unprofessional. Real jerks.
After reading the reviews I still came and saw the providers and have been coming for almost 2 years. I just moved here from Arizona and needed to get my kids vaccines, they had all but one, the ladies up front explained that school has started back so soon as they get the vaccines in they move like hotcakes! i get it, i was last minute and cant blame them, they said the order was put and they would call when they came in or I could call to check whenever i felt, they are cool im happy with the them all around, it was hard to find but thats all that made me give it 4 stars
I absolutely love the staff. My mother is a patient their and she just loves the girls at her doctors office. They treat my mother just like she was one of their own grandmothers, they are always asking how she is doing when I call the office for my mother.Getting in for a appt is pretty easy unless they have a provider out. Every time i call the office for a medication refill it only takes them 24 hours to get a response or the pharmacy has contacted me stating my prescription is ready before they have a chance to let me kn... read more
The staff are great, I have been in there and have overheard the way some of these people have talked to the young ladies who give their all, I haven't had a a bad experience and anything I have asked for withing reason has been done for me no complaints besides what Drs office can get you in same day
Take you through too much concerning your health. A patient with sciatica, bulding disk, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, arthiritis, diabetes and sarcodosis (sp). I suffer with keterconsis and cataracts which has limited my vision to seeing just shadows. I have asked this office for a nurse and they aren't willing to listen or understand what I exsperience daily . I need a more compassionate doctor. My daughter had to write this for me and yet they telling me nothing is wrong.smh
The nurse practitioner I see there is very helpful, however the receptionist at the front desk are rude and are of little help.
They're friendly and it's easy to schedule an appointment in a reasonable time period. They have however given me 3 different doctors in a year so I have to explain my symptoms again every time.
