The price was good. We love the hot tub but you get what you pay for. You can forget about customer service. You won't get anyone on rhe phone after you receive the hot tub. I had a problem setting it up and had to call the factory.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought my spa at the beginning of the pandemic and other retail stores were backlogged by 6-18+ months and demanding CRAZY prices...many had also stopped delivering. After a ton of research, I came to the conclusion that Universal Factory Direct was offering a similar quality spa for thousands of dollars less than the big name brands. Overall, we had a good experience with universal factory direct. Our delivery was delayed for several months due to supply chain problems during the pandemic. No fault of UFD. Upon delivery, we received an incorrect spa cover; When we contacted them, they delivered the correct one and refunded the cost of the cover lifter which did not work with the correct cover. Minor annoyances but they were rectified. . .the spa is great!
Ordered my spa over the phone during a challenging time. UFD kept me informed and proposed options to speed up delivery. Delivery of spa was handled very well, with a large hill and small gate to navigate. Spa has been great since installed.
Very personable, helpful, and professional. I have recommended several people to them for their new hot tub.
