My husband and I bought a hot tub approximately 3 years ago, we were so excited. Year one heater went, shortly thereafter the headrest fell apart and then Jets and shell failed. I reached out and was told they were trying to help with a resolution, I have reached out several times with no response. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE HOT TUBS, not worth the over 8 thousand spent. Sadly had to dismantle it today as it is not worth repairing it
From start to finish they were very knowledgeable. They didn’t push me into a size or style to make more money. Delivery was an ease and the guys made sure it was exactly how I wanted. Even went as far as to rotate it after putting in place. We ended up finding the tub ended up having a bad spa pack, which was no fault of theirs, at 4 pm on a Friday. They were very quick to answer questions, get their tech to diagnose the problem and stayed open late to provide me with a new spa pack that evening. They offered to have a tech... read more
From start to finish the process to purchase our hot tub went smoothly. I even called with questions after delivery that were answered promptly. I would highly recommend working with Vergie for all your hot tub needs. She is amazing!
Vergey and Universal are amazing. Called her at 5:30 last Saturday with a massive leak in our tub. Her service team called us within 5 minutes, came to our house within 45 minutes and had us fixed within an hour of arriving. Great value on their product and Vergey and Universal treat their customers like family. Thank You!
The price was good. We love the hot tub but you get what you pay for. You can forget about customer service. You won't get anyone on rhe phone after you receive the hot tub. I had a problem setting it up and had to call the factory.
