Not responsable! Did my taxes there first time and never sent to irs. I have called irs and they said nothing received! This place is ………… do not go there! I’ve been calling and no answer! I have text them as well and no answer! I have also gone to their “office” and what they said was if you don’t have an appointment we can take care of you: like no other place I have experienced that before. !
