Sam was great! The communication was prompt and easy and the rental process overall was so easy and stress free! Rented chairs, tables, and heaters for my wedding and has such an amazing experience! Sam dropped them off exactly when I asked and walked us through the heaters seamlessly! Will definitely be booking through here for any event I'm the future

The canopy was sturdy and perfect for our event, the tables and chairs were clean and in great condition, and the linens looked beautiful—everything was exactly as promised. The team was punctual, friendly, and very helpful with setup and takedown. They made the whole process stress-free, which I really appreciated.
Sam and Universal Event Rentals were such an amazing support for my event. They went so above and beyond to make the day go super smoothly. Extremely kind, pleasant, super easy to work with and we had an incredible experience. They are very reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes I received. Will definitely use them again.
