Sam was great! The communication was prompt and easy and the rental process overall was so easy and stress free! Rented chairs, tables, and heaters for my wedding and has such an amazing experience! Sam dropped them off exactly when I asked and walked us through the heaters seamlessly! Will definitely be booking through here for any event I'm the future
The first time I used a party rentals company, I did not know booking a service would be so easy. I made a call to Universal Event Rentals LLC and in less than 10 minutes I had a quote. Sam was very professional and made a couple suggestions I used for my event. I was very happy with such excellent service that I do recommend using this company.

This company is fantastic. Responsive, on time and very courteous. Samuel went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect from delivery to pick up. If I could give 6 stars I would. Don't call anyone but Universal Event Rentals!!
I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Universal Event Rentals. Not only were the tables and chairs that we rented very clean like brand new, but the employees were great as well. Sam was so helpful, accommodating, and considerate; I wish I could deal with him for all the help I need in life. 10/10 recommend
