I was employed here sometime ago and was not paid for my time. Mike cannot be trusted.
Great crew at Universal Engine!!!! Needed to rent a manlift to trim out upper windows and they allowed it to happen. Rental process and delivery was very smooth, quick and on-time. Pleasure to do with business with them, Thank you!!!
Company came to pick up a piece of equipment at 9:00 at night when I asked the driver why so late he got quite obnoxious. Proceeded to lay on the air horn and his big rig just to try and anger me. When I called the company the next morning to complain I was met with very vulgar language and was not treated as any human should be treated I do not recommend anyone rent equipment from this company.
