I recently visited Universal Electric Supply and was incredibly disappointed by the poor customer service, particularly from Leo. His attitude was unprofessional and downright rude. Instead of being helpful, he acted as if my questions were a bother to him. A business like this should prioritize treating customers with respect, but Leo’s behavior made me feel unwelcome. I expected better and won’t be returning.
