very poor customer service I had a horrible experience with this company,i brought in my hot tubb(spa) pump to be re-built , I was told I would get a call when it was ready, 3 days later I called to find out what was going on and was told it was ready.i picked up the pump paid $197.00 plus tax which I thought was high.i went home installed the pump filled up the spa with water turned it on only to hear that the pump sounded worse than when I initially dropped it off.i drained the spa removed the pump brought it back to the c... read more
