I had a great experience at universal driving school, my instructor Hess, was patient, knowledgeable and made every lesson clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn in a supportive and professional environment !
I do not recommend this driving school. I paid for the full BDE program but had to stop midway due to extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from the instructor — including pressure to pay for damages without documentation, repeated threatening messages, and even showing up at my home uninvited. I never signed anything saying I’d be personally liable, nor was I shown proof of damage. When I raised concerns, there was no real accountability. *STAY AWAY!* *TERRIBLE* I paid $1000 dollars for the premium package and I bumped the curb trying to avoid a speeding car in the middle of my in car lessons with the driving instructor who also happens to be the manager/owner of the driving school. He demanded me to pay $900 for an inch scratch EVEN THOUGH HE HAS INSURANCE for the car. I have about 5 more hours of in car lessons but he won't give them to me unless I pay for the damages. I just had an amazing experience doing drivers ed with instructor Hess. He taught me everything I needed to know and I ended up passing the test. Lessons are easy to book with a lot of flexibility. Would 100% recommend.
When you go to purchase a package they offer you many things, and at the end they don't deliver. They convinced me to buy one of the more expensive packages because I would have two hours of practice before the test and they only gave me an hour and a half. You have to do everything from writing to your instructor to coordinate your lessons to making the appointment for the driving test. I don’t recommend them. The only good thing was the instructor, he is a good instructor!
