Wow, this insurance company is an absolute nightmare. We filed a claim for water damages in July of 2023. Our home is still not repaired and it’s now 2024. The customer service has proven themselves to not care. We’ve sent multiple emails, calls, left voicemails, and they still continue to drag their feet. We also just found out that they closed our claim, so no adjuster is assigned or taking any accountability/responsibility on our behalf. Good insurance at a fair price.
Stay away from this company. First, they have an online process which in which you can fill out a form and answer a bunch of questions, and then it determines your rate. Great. I've uploaded and emailed documents on wind mitigation and impact resistant windows multiple times, to agents and to their policydocs@ email address, and yet they keep requesting the documents.
