I had an unfortunate situation with my car getting an oil change and oil cap was not replaced by technician at another shop. oil was all over my engine. I went to Universal Detailing. Sebation and his team went above and beyond to make my car clean and beautiful again. He really puts the customer first and provides excellent service. My husband was so impressed when we picked up my car that he scheduled a detailing for his car. I am recommending this place to everyone for honest, excellent work.
Stopped by for an exterior wash and they were able to get me in quickly. It was my first time there, Sebastián was very personable and did a great job on my car.

Listen, I have lived in Santa Monica, Las Vegas, Dallas as other cities and the way they treat your car here is excellent. No matter if your car is a sports car, a luxury car or just a family car, go get it fully cleaned and detailed. Our car looks brand new. I take my car in when I want it looking nice for the weekend and I bring the family car in to clean up some of the wood and things wasted on the seats by the kids and dog. Try it out! #Khadevism
