My favorite place to buy parts now that Art’s stopped their online sales a while back. Tons of hard to find parts and I like that it shows their inventory. They also state the date of when your order will ship, which has been so far, very accurate in my experience. Pricing is typical and reflects the bike industry during the COVID times. Best online cycling retailer hands down.
STAY AWAY! Saw they have XTR crank I wanted. Searched front derailleur for it, no result, so ordered crank - paid $46 for faster UPS shipping to Canada. Then discovered search was broke, and they actually have derailleur, so placed second order, with $35 (uhg) for faster UPS shipping, asked in comment if possible to combine w previous order to save me shipping costs. Thanks for the help with my new Specialized Stump Jumper, for its front tire, I needed a Fox QR 110 boost axle and QR 15 cam to put it in my Jeep. I had to turn it up to 13 instead of 10 but it fits perfect. Shipping was crazy fast, can't wait until my trails open again, thanks!
Please be more aware of your sexism. Be better to your female presenting customers. 2x I have been here and every time feel SUPER uncomfortable due to male customers rising to the top for help and being talked down to. DO BETTER.
Apparently there is a big problem with disclosing shipping information on the website; preferential treatment of customers; and understanding when not to call or email. Glad that UC cancelled my order....the reason? I wanted it shipped to a friend so that he could put my bike together. I paid them on a good credit card. I find out later that UC will ship to a different address from the billing if you purchase a lot of stuff from them. Want a deal on shipping? Ask for Scmitty.
