Review #1. Horrible costumer service. Tried calling there tech support and absolutely got no where with them. Needed help programming a temperature controller the fellow who answered the phone was so rude and would not help whatsoever because he told me he didn’t have the time I would never buy the universal cooler
Tried calling because of an issue with a new cooler and no one wanted to help me over the phone now I am stuck with a brand new cooler that does not work
Would never buy any of there products. Horrible people to talk to over the phone
