We had an overflow leak in our upstairs bathroom and leaked through the floor. When I called them, they quickly came and provided me with a quote and started working within a couple days. The crew was very professional and did great work! Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend universal contractors. I have been very pleased with their work. They replaced my wood siding with hardy board and painted my whole house. Their workers showed up on time, were knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions, and they cleaned up the work site every evening before they left. I would definitely use universal contractors again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
They did an excellent job with my condo renovation. Christina was super to work with. She kept me up to date on repairs throughout the entire process.
If you want to be ignored by the guy who came to your house and told you he had 'morals', if you want your calls usually not returned (especially by the morals guy), if you send emails off to who knows where because they are not answered (morals again), if you want to endlessly debate x 3 about whether the tape measure says 8 feet or 10 feet (uh-huh, same guy), if you want to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink for 2 months while you wait, with no working kitchen sink, for them to replace one lower section of the kitchen t... read more
