There are plenty of concrete companys in Myrtle Beach. Save yourself aggravation and disappointment, use any other company but Universal Concrete. Customer service sucks with both the owner Frank and Jessie.

We recently contracted with Universal Concrete for the concrete decking surrounding our newly installed inground pool. Jessee and Frank and his crew did a wonderful job on the decking and we also had spray deck applied - what a difference! It looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! If you are on the fence about the spray deck, do it! You won’t be sorry! Working with Universal was a great experience.

Frank and his crew are wonderful. Work occurred as scheduled. We ran into a couple of snags (as with any building project) and Frank helped us to resolve them quickly. They also return phone calls and emails!

This company came out to my home, went over my design took about an hour of my time and promised me my estimate the following Monday. Monday came and went, I called them at least 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get my estimate. Each time I called no one ever answered (and I called during working hours each time) I left a message each time I called and no one ever called me back.
