Wonderful cleaning team! They cleaned our whole house top to bottom (which is not small) and paid a lot of attention to detail. Pristine deep cleaning job. Even left lovely finishing touches such as arranging things nicely and such. Very friendly workers and Gaby is a true pleasure to work with. She is very warm, accomodating and open to any suggestions or special areas that need extra attention. Thank you Universal for giving this busy mommy a break!! Highly recommend this company.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I had a neglected room I didnt clean due to spider webs, which I am afraid of. I explained my dilemma on the phone prior to hiring them. They arrived on time a crew of 3 people who all wore masks. they deep cleaned the disaster of a Room Safely , throughly and professionally. Their prices are reasonable. they used cleaning products that I find difficult to obtain during this pandemic and I would definitely hire them again next time just for standard cleaning.
Fantastic work. Made this house almost as much as a home as possible. Better than it had been for over twenty years. I am old and crippled. I cannot even stand for longer than a few seconds without crutches. She and her crew worked diligently and gave this place a new shine. Great price as well.
