Trying to get in contact with this company is a joke! I called 6 numbers, including the one displayed on this page, and none of the numbers are either valid, no answer and one was a management group but they do not manage Universal City Estates anymore.
DON'T MOVE THERE. They hired a property management company this year who NEVER returns your calls. Unauthorized neighbors go around posting warning stickers on your car saying that's it's going to be towed. They never provided proof of insurance to my mortgage company. As a result, my mortgage company took out a policy in my name that costs six hundred dollars per year. When the association office was open, the secretary had no problem with sharing your personal business openly. There is more but, I'll end here.
