I needed to fix some very small, loose tiles in my bathroom floor, and found I had lost 2 tiles. Not being much of an expert, I worried about whether I could even find matching tiles, and whether any business specializing in tiles would be willing to waste their time with such a small "project". When I asked about this at Universal Tile, Patti said she could not only obtain near matching tiles, but could get them for free as part of a free sample kit, which she proceeded to do and didn't charge me a cent. Adam at Universal was so helpful. We’d been to other tile stores before and were having difficulty finding what we wanted for a bathroom project. He understood our vision and gave helpful and insightful recommendations so that we were able to select all of the tile materials within less than an hour of starting our appointment. Also, we were greeted nicely by other staff upon arrival. Highly recommend.
