Having issues with carpet in bedrooms after 6 years and basement after a little over 3 years. Will not respond back after multiple attempts. They even had me send pictures and have since blown off multiple texts I've sent for a follow up.
Jeff and his crew have done beautiful work for us!! They were quick, and we are so pleased with how their work turned out!!!
Excellent service. Polite and professional.
Had them install carpet and had a couple questions and needed some touch up. Called multiple times over a week and left messages with no return call. So if you have him lay carpet, better make sure it’s perfect because you won’t get a call back.
