I have used them since inception and HIGHLY RECOMMEND using. Universal Carpet Care has been a life saver to me and all of my properties this year with all the rain we have had!! Plus they do my make ready shampoo's, vent cleaning and carpet repairs! All with smiles on their faces! Thank you so much for all you do!
They were Amazing at one time and I used them for two years. Then they lost two employees that apparently took their skills and customer service with them. They RUINED my carpet and will not return my phone calls or schedule a follow up appointment despite already having paid over $200.00. Hannah is still great - owners just don't care. Don't care about their business - don't care about your home. Very sad - they used to be so good and I raved about them for so long.
