Seller stated that the paint work on the car was good with no pealing, paid a non-refundable deposit, and upon delivery paint is awful. Didn't do the transfer of ownership with the DVLA and still not able to tax the vehicle or do a SORN. Dealer then ignores phone calls and texts - real poor service, avoid!
Dishonest. Claimed a car they had for sale was good condition with no rust or dents. After putting down a deposit and travelling quite a distance to pick the car up it turned out this was far from the truth. Car clearly had corrosion on the bonnet and looked to have been resprayed and accident damaged and also had rust, a dent, flat tyre, permanent marks on seats which seller claimed to have removed etc. The seller put on a clueless act and refused at first to return the deposit as he didn't know about the damage, as if that... read more
