Our departure to Perth Airport was seamless enough albeit more than the quoted amount due to wait times whilst we loaded our bags and child into the cab. Upon our return (and having provided our flight number) we has zero communication from the driver informing us of his arrival (as had been the case upon pick up) and we were left stranded at the international arrivals. We recently travelled from Perth to Dandaragan with Universal CABS, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Finding a reliable taxi service to a regional town like Dandaragan is not easy, as there are very limited transport options available — but Universal CABS made everything smooth and stress-free. Fantastic experience. Had to travel from Duncraig to the airport in the early morning. I was relieved when they sent a message to ensure they were on the way. Would highly recommend for any FIFO workers.
I got picked on time for early morning airport transfer, great service very much dependable, highly recommended If I had put this review in, which I did not, I would’ve added the driver was very friendly and polite. However, the fare was double the fare I paid 16 hours before. To get from the airport to the hotel it was $23.00, the trip (which was an early booked) in return to the airport was $43.???cents. It was really nice of you to write my recommendation for the company but I think you should’ve asked me ahead of time.
Had a amazing taxi experience with Universal CABS driver was friendly, on time in a clean SUV Taxi, very spacious and comfortable ride for a long journey, highly recommended someone travelling regional areas
