What a pleasure it was to call and have another human on the line! My experience booking a taxi with Universal Cabs was great - on time, courteous, clean vehicle, nice chatting with the driver and price was good. Unlike that other taxi company, which I had called earlier, had a very confusing chat with a "robot" on their automated line AND which was going to send a taxi to my street name BUT TO ANOTHER SUBURB 2 HOURS AWAY.
