UBSNA (they also go by BPSNA and INTRINSIC) has been our IT provider for about 2 years now. It has been the most frustrating experience. Let me begin by saying that I sincerely believe that no one at that company has any inherent knowledge of the work they do; they seem to all be operating off of a predetermined script and have no idea how to resolve any technical problems that deviate from those instructions.
