I want to take this opportunity to thank Bruno and his staff at Universal Cement for an AMAZING job he did on my driveway and patio. His company was recommended to me and I called him up to get a quote. He was on time and very professional. I watched the whole process from start to finish and I am amazed at the quality of work. Completely a scam and BRUNO SCAPPATICCI is a crook!!! He took our deposit and hasn’t returned phone calls, emails or texts in over a month. DO NOT TRUST!!! I have filed with the BBB and this is not the end of it!
I hired universal to come out and replace my patio and my driveway. I had estimates from other companies that were almost 1/3 more than what Bruno quoted. The work was top notch. They made sure every thing was clean and put back when they were done.
Universal did a nice job of providing me a lovely knew patio!
