Gus was great. We discussed options to repair while painting, he checked in on the color paint I ordered so we could adjust it to make it just right and he was exactly on his timeline. It’s a beautiful paint job thanks!

I had a really great experience with Universal Body Shop and especially with the owner, Gus. From the beginning, Gus was easy to work with, honest, and never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. That goes a long way, especially when you are dealing with body work and repairs where pricing can vary so much and it is hard to know who you can trust. I met with Gus today regarding the antenna located on the roof of my Mazda which was loose. He gave me two options to fix it, first one was remove the interior roof or put a silicone sealant around the unit. I went for the sealant and he had time to do it! Only took minutes and looks great. Thanks and I will continue to use them if needed in the future!
