Top notch service, excellent quality. I wanted to upgrade to custom motorized shades, with blackout fabric because I'm south-facing. Got three quotes and Universal blinds was half the price of the others. Russell Blunderfield came to my home, and the materials were just as good, if not better than the others I saw. He showed me photos, and gave me good direction on colour choice. Blinds had to be white on the exterior due to condo rules. Russ & Yossie were both very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. I ended up getting a mix of drapes, roman shades & honeycomb blinds to fit each room and am very pleased with them all. They were professional & easy to deal with. I also found them great value as another company quoted me almost double the price.

Very easy group to work with! i had both roller shades, and Curtains installed, all electric. happy with the price and the service, once install began, it was very quick in and out. a few blinds had to get re-sized to fit perfectly with the windows and it only took an extra week to all get done! very happy with the product and my place looks great!

The team from Universal Blinds were super helpful in helping us select our window coverings. Glad Russ suggested a blackout blind for the bedroom. They measured our windows and installed our new blinds once they arrived. So happy we choose Universal Blinds!!!
