I had an issue with a product reached out to the company numerous times no one ever followed through. Issue still unresolved.
I am 62 years old and disabled, the beautiful colors are THE most fun I have had since I became disabled. :-) My grand-daughters did GRAPE purple for me for Mother's Day almost 2 years ago. I felt like a rock star!! LOL I get such amazing compliments!! LOVE LOVE LOVE my Via Green Envy!! NEXT time I will ONLY get VIA colors, it stays on SO much better, does not fade quickly and the colors are GR8!! NEW fan am definetly ADDICTED!! <3
I am very unhappy with the products,I used one of the products that says it protects the hair it don't protect your hair, I have a big blister on my head and my hair came out. I am bold I have no hair..I will never use these products again.
