Great service awesome environment
Universal Barbershop is incredibly unprofessional. Despite my husband having a 4:00 PM appointment, Gonzalo took a walk-in at 3:55 PM without any acknowledgment or apology. My husband called multiple times beforehand to confirm there was no wait, yet he still ended up wasting over 30 minutes of his time. This business clearly has no respect for its customers or basic standards. We will not be returning and strongly encourage others to avoid this place.

They clearly have no respect for their customers’ time. Despite being nearby, I’ll never return — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
