This company is a fraud, and will provide false inforamansge
They have no clue what they are doing. My start date is delayed for a week at this point even though the background check has been going on for a month. I had to call the courts and get the contact person's info because this company wasn't doing so. Then when I gave them the correct information they argued with me about it. I have no idea when or if I will ever start my job. I wish I could hold them liable for my lost paycheck.
Worst company I have ever had a background check with. I came up with a warrant that was not mine. They never followed up with the court. So I was delayed with my start date. . Could not reach the department manager to complain of delay. They have not called back. I had to call the court myself to expedite the process. Their customer service is worse than a 3rd world countries. Don’t use them they will burn you!!!!
