I won't go here for used tires anymore, been going here for awhile. BUT, when they give me one price on the phone, then charge me more when I get there. The last two I got from them, didn't even last a month before they went flat. I'm disabled, do I can't afford new tires. Now I'm stuck and need to get to chemo. Never again.It is not okay to sell tires with a simple plug repair, and it's risky to sell any plugged or repaired tire unless it was properly repaired with an internal patch and plug from the inside. Went into the shop today to have my sons tire checked out as it looked low. The staff was super welcoming as soon as you walked in I was greeted with a smile. Front desk answered all my questions. Tire crew was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location and store.
I have been coming here for almost about a decade the The quality and professionalism of this Shop has gone way down, I have referred my family and my friends over those years, each one of them have had a bad experience. I don’t know what has caused this shop to go down hill, it used to be a good place to get tires from.
Quality of service has gone down so much these past few years, They put my tire on backwards, ruined my rim, and after telling me they would pay to fix it and sent me to a company they (used to) work with and being sent back because clearly something went wrong between them I was argued with when I came back telling me that they didn't ruin the rim or that the didnt do that. Would Highly not recommend going here if you care for your car or your rims.
My family and I have been going here for around six years and The quality of service has gone down tremendously I came here to get A new tire and they put on a bad tire on top of scratching my rim then they tried to send me to someone to get it fixed, and when I called the rim company stated that they stopped doing business with them a while ago So when I called back, Pablo, the manager Said that he will try to get it fixed and to send him a picture of it and that he would call me back the next day to figure out And then nev... read more
