Wow! They know what customer service is. I live in Houston and my son goes to Texas A &M, so when we needed a repair shop we were lost. My son's car needed repair to the ignition switch, leaving him stranded on Christmas Eve in a deserted college town. We drove to A&M , picked him up for Christmas, and returned on Dec. 26 searching for a repair shop. Universal Auto Works responded and they repaired it in a speedy manner.
