I have been using Universal Auto Techs for years. I give them an exceptional rating because they are an exceptional company that are trustworthy and professional! I had problems with the battery on a Friday at 3 PM in August when most staff are on holidays. Sunny told me to come and he would take care of me. He literally assessed my whole problem and my car was repaired by 4 PM. Thank you to the whole staff who always take care of me with a smile on their face!
