Recently found a great car at Universal Auto and wanted to be sure it was in good shape. Marco made sure we had time to test drive it as long as we wanted and easily agreed to have a mobile inspection take place. We ended up buying the car and feel great about our purchase. TL,DR: Good people, but no above-and-beyond. Straightforward. Make sure you have your loan dialed in for weekend purchases. Don’t expect much wiggle room on price. Realize that there’s taxes and fees. Called on a Tuesday to verify the car I’d seen on CarGurus was still available. After some back-and-forth between on/off-duty employees, I put a purchase-applicable/refundable deposit on my selected car to remove it from inventory until I could travel/verify/test/purchase.
