I have been going to this shop for over 3 years and never complained. The employees are friendly and get the job done. Today, i came there with 4 brand new tires, and wheels with not a SINGLE blemish on them. After the install, i noticed my $1700.00 (4 rims alone) were not "new anymore". The chrome finish on the lip of the rims are now damaged from the machine. Bought 2 tires on 9-9-14 and one blew on 10-7-14. I am grateful my grandchildren were not in the car when the front tire blew and left me stranded. I have purchased tires from them before and this time I believe they completely took advantage of me and sold me a "crappy" tire. Will NOT be going back!
We had a terrible experience with this awful excuse of a business. We Purchased 2 tires back in December and both of them have exploded leaving us on the side of the road. I do not expect a used tire to last forever but less then 2 months is unacceptable. I do not know what happened exactly but the tread of the tired became detached on highway 14.
