The absolute best experience! The professionalism from beginning to end was second to none. The fact that our windshield broke late afternoon the morning before our vacation made us nervous about being able to go away. We called Universal about an hour before closing and let them know of our situation. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful to get our claim processed. Easy set up with office .Quick appt.and easy in and out professionally completed.
So glad we used these guys. The process from start to finish was made so easy by the girls in the office and the install team. They handled my insurance and got me scheduled right away. The install went perfectly as well and my windshield was back to brand new in no time. They came right out to me and were clean and professional. I can’t recommend them enough !
