UA customer service is the worst I ever seen and for the amount of money people spend on the gear you would think the customers would be very important to this company....I have 7 UA rack and desktop interfaces and a UAD-2 satellite.... After getting the Gen2 Apollo X Twin and setting it up automatically it was put in System 2 on my account.... Well if you don't know you only can have 6 devices per System on your account which means if all your plugins you purchased are in System 1 in your account and you add a new interface... read more
Excellent products and services!
The tech support is extremely unhelpful. They keep redirecting me to a bot messenger who can only answer basic questions. Even when I managed to get a response via email, they ignored the information I had already provided. I've been paying for a plug-in subscription for 8 months and I still can't access it through my account interface. This situation is completely unacceptable and I need real assistance to resolve it.
