I cannot comment on the service because they do not return phone calls. I have been trying to find out if UA is able to fill a prescription for over a week. I've called 4 times, and each time the staff member says she needs to ask the pharmacist, and the pharmacist or she will call me back. It's time to look elsewhere!
Universal Arts moved to a new locaton and were scheduled to open today. They have had a renewal of an important compounded medication for my wife in their lab for days and now inform me that they will not fulfill the renewal for another week. They made no backup plans for problems with the move so they are telling patients that, tough luck, you just have to wait until we are ready to start shipping. Count me as a huge Fan of UAP, they have friendly staff, knowledgeable pharmacists and very clean facility. I am a long time customer and I have never had any issues, I have also purchased their specialty supplements, which are awesome! I love the ease of the online Rx refills and best part they deliver to my home(free shipping!) If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and you will love to see the techs in action as they make your customized prescriptions in the Laboratory.
I went in one day and pharmacist and employee were in big fight in front of customers.Highly unprofessional. Went right back out. Don't recommend this place.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy!! Was given their name and number from my doctor's office. During a difficult situation, they were the most helpful, understanding & compassionate people I had spoken to (had been calling different places for days).
